A companion app for the organisers behind escape rooms and live mystery events — the side of the production that has to track many people in parallel.
A spin-off of MysteryLog focused on the organiser's day. I pulled the production-management features out and shipped them as a separate app because organiser needs and player needs barely overlap.
Why a separate app
Organisers and players hit different screens, watch different data, and tap at very different frequencies. Pushing both into one app dilutes both experiences, so I split them.
What it does
- Real-time view of attendee status during the production
- Shared notes and quick comms between staff
- Post-event reporting and recordkeeping
What I am seeing
Teams that used to coordinate by paper plus a chat app tell me they are shaving minutes per session on day-of operations — which adds up fast when the day is many sessions long.
